Led by an experienced physiotherapist, every session is tailored to your goals, injury history, and current ability — ensuring safe and effective progression at every stage of your journey.

About the Classes

  • Duration: 45 minutes

  • Class size: Maximum of 4 participants per session for individualised attention

  • Instructor: Run by a qualified physiotherapist

  • Focus areas: Strength, stability, flexibility, balance, and confidence in movement

Our semi-private structure allows you to receive hands-on guidance and exercise progression typically found in one-on-one physiotherapy sessions — but in a motivating small-group setting.

  • Clinical Pilates – focusing on postural control, breathing, and alignment

  • Reformer Pilates – building dynamic strength and flexibility using the reformer bed
