We understand that plans change. A little notice helps us offer your time to someone else who needs it.
We understand that at times you may need to cancel your appointment. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Missed appointments and late cancellations mean we're unable to offer that time to other clients, so a fee applies when an appointment is missed or cancelled without the required notice.
For clients who miss an appointment without any communication to True Active Physiotherapy, 100% of the scheduled appointment fee applies.
For clients who give less than 24 hours' notice that they're unable to attend, 100% of the scheduled appointment fee will be charged.
Extenuating circumstances. True Active Physiotherapy may waive this fee where circumstances genuinely warrant it.
If your appointment can be rescheduled on the same day (schedule permitting), no fee will be charged.
